Teamwork is very important to achieve success on the racetrack. Team communication and support are the most important factors to improve your mental attitude for racing.
The first step to dealing with team conflict is to address the problem as a team. It is important to address the issue rather than ignoring the problem.
Have a team meeting to openly discuss team goals and expectations of team members throughout the season.

That’s the usual approach described there, in the audio file. But, it may not work, because if there’s a guy you’re having trouble working with, it’s a big possibility that he’s not open to getting into a session with a psychologist.
Another possibility is.. if you’re the one that’s racing, means you’re the one everyone’s focused on, so you should be able to decide firing the guy and hiring someone else. This should be a backup solution. Good luck!
